System Maintenance

The most important procedure in minimizing system malfunction is performing regular preventive maintenance. Your fire system equipment needs to be serviced, greased and exercised periodically to be sure it is operating to the manufacturer's standards.

Castle Sprinkler & Alarm offers a full line of preventive maintenance programs for your automatic fire system equipment. Preventive maintenance programs are conducted per NFPA Standards. Our certified technicians will carefully maintain and service your equipment to be sure it is operating to the highest standards. During our scheduled maintenance, should we find minor problems in the operations of your equipment, we will make the necessary repairs, and in most cases, minor repairs could be performed at no cost to you.

Some preventive maintenance programs for certain equipment can be performed in-house upon your request. We will train your on-site engineers in the operations, care and maintenance of the fire system equipment. This will greatly reduce maintenance costs and help educate your staff in the operations of the systems should an emergency occur.
